Scoped with you

Your whole sales operation, from catalog to checkout, on a platform you own.

  • The source code and the data are yours, with no license or per-seat fee.
  • Hosting on Vercel and Neon is billed separately, on your accounts or on ours while we operate it.
  • The configurator and its rules are shaped to your product and operations.
02— Price drivers

What moves the price

Rules, catalog size, outputs and integrations decide the tier. Diagnose turns that into a quote inside it.

How complex your product's rules are

Colors, materials and options are Entry work. Options that depend on each other, with automatic pricing, are Mid. Any size the buyer types in, within your fabrication rules, is Parametric.

How big the catalog is

Entry covers one product or family, and Mid a fixed product range. The scope grows with the number of products and the rules behind them.

What a configuration has to produce

A lead or a quote sent to you is Mid. Outputs for production are Parametric.

What it connects to

Integration with your e-commerce or ERP is part of the Parametric tier.

How much of the sales channel you want

Cart and checkout, a customer portal and dealer or B2B portals around the configurator are Forge: your whole sales operation, from catalog to checkout, on a platform you own. You can start with the configurator and add the rest later.

Whether the platform already exists

A second brand on a platform we already built is a smaller fee, because the commerce, catalog and configurator layers are already there.

03— Engagement

From a free demo to launch

You see your own product working before you commit. Then the build takes a few weeks, and you can open the work in progress on a private link from the start.

01

Free demo with your own product

Before you commit

On a 20-minute call we agree on one of your products and the options to show. Send photos or drawings with its key dimensions, and within one business day you get that product in a working 3D configurator on a private link, so you judge the approach on your own product before you pay for anything.

02

Diagnose

About a week · included

We map your rules and hand you a spec, a quote inside your tier and a date. We also tell you what not to build, including when a SaaS tool or your own team is the better call.

03

Build

Weeks 2–5 · First version on a private link

The setup fee, quoted in Diagnose. You see working builds on your own test site every week, and Juan is on every call.

04

Launch

Week 6

Launched on your domain. The full channel typically ships in six weeks: about a week of Diagnose, four weeks of build, one of launch. A configurator integrated into your existing stack is usually shorter.

05

Operate & improve

Monthly fee by tier

We stay on to operate and improve it: new product lines, rules, prices and integrations, under the monthly fee of your tier. If you would rather run it yourselves, the code and data are yours.

05— Fit

When we are not a fit

A custom build is the wrong purchase for some catalogs, and we would rather say so before you pay for it.

Your catalog fits a template

A fixed set of products with light options, needed on screen quickly, is often better served by a subscription configurator. If one fits better, we say so in Diagnose.

You want to buy developer hours

We quote a range and a result: a working sales channel and the rules behind it, never hours.

Diagnose shows a mismatch

We say so and refer you to teams that are better positioned. You pay nothing for that, because Diagnose is included.

06— FAQ

Pricing questions buyers ask first.

Straight answers. If the question is not below, write us. Every reply comes from the founder.

We price in ranges, because a configurator that changes colors and one that resizes the product within your fabrication rules are different jobs. Each tier is a one-time setup plus a monthly fee for running and improving it. Entry: $2,500–$5,000 setup and $150–$300 a month, for a visual configurator of one product or family, with colors, materials and options, embedded in your site or Shopify. Mid: $6,000–$12,000 setup and $300–$600 a month, for options with rules, automatic pricing and each configuration sent to you as a lead or a quote, for a fixed product range. Parametric: $20,000–$40,000 setup and $500–$1,500 a month, for any size the buyer types in, your fabrication rules, files for production, and a connection to your online store or ERP. Forge: from $50,000 setup and a monthly fee scoped with you, for your whole sales operation, from catalog to checkout, on a platform you own. Diagnose is included and ends with a quote inside your tier.

Operating and improving the configurator after launch, including support and change requests: new product lines, rules, prices and integrations. It is set by tier, and scoped with you for Forge.

The full channel typically ships in six weeks: about a week of Diagnose, four weeks of build, one of launch. A configurator integrated into your existing stack is usually shorter; Diagnose sets the date.

No. Diagnose takes about a week and is included: we map your rules and hand you a spec, a quote inside your tier and a date.

Hosting is billed separately: whatever Vercel and Neon charge for your traffic, in the region you choose. It runs on your own accounts from the start, or on ours while we operate it, and we move it to yours whenever you ask.

You do: the source code and the data, with no license or per-seat fee. The repository can live in your GitHub or GitLab.
