The problem

Door Builder makes custom doors for both residential and commercial buyers, so every order is different. Their sales team hand-built each quote: matching options to what the shop floor could actually produce, pricing commercial tiers by hand, and emailing dealers back and forth. A single quote took about two and a half weeks, and the dealer network had no way to order on its own.

Buyers configure doors in 3D and only see combinations the shop can build, because the option rules follow how the shop floor routes each door.

Commercial pricing inside checkout

The cart applies residential or commercial pricing automatically, and Stripe takes the deposit and the final payment.

A B2B dealer-network portal

Dealers sign in to configure, quote, and reorder on their own, with no email back-and-forth, and each dealer sees only its own orders.
