Print on demand has a trust problem: the buyer cannot see what will arrive. We build storefronts where the preview and the print file come out of the same pipeline.
SBFS builds print-on-demand storefronts where the on-screen preview is the print. For Pepart we built a real-time 3D frame configurator whose pan-and-zoom crop is captured once and re-rendered server-side at 300 DPI, so the preview and the print file cannot drift, and payment triggers the print-file render and the Printful order automatically.

Crop and finish decide your refunds
A crop that drifts by a few pixels between preview and print means a refund and a reprint, both on your margin.

What we build
Real-time 3D product configurator
Buyers choose size and finish and preview the piece in 3D or staged in a room, with a 2D canvas fallback for browsers without WebGL.
One crop, two renders
The buyer pan-and-zoom crop is captured once, and the same crop math drives the on-screen preview and the server-side print render at 300 DPI.
Automated fulfilment
Payment triggers the print-file render and the fulfilment order automatically. For Pepart, mockups, shipping rates and tracking all flow back from Printful.
The storefront around it
Catalog, cart and checkout with Stripe, customer portal and admin, shipped as one channel instead of a configurator bolted onto a template store.

We model the product range, the sizes and finishes, and the print specification each one resolves to, then write the spec. You see it before we start building.

Weeks 2 to 6 · Build to MVP
Configurator, print pipeline, checkout, fulfilment integration and admin ship in parallel, with a reviewable demo every Friday in your own staging environment.

Week 6 · Production handoff
Deployed to your domain on your Vercel team and your Neon database. Your team is trained on the system, and we stay on retainer for tuning, not maintenance.
