The problem

Made-to-order prints have a trust problem: customers can't see what they will actually receive.

And when the crop a customer chose on screen shifts even slightly on the way to the printer, the result is a refund and a reprint. Pepart needed the preview to be the print, exactly.

Customers choose frame size and color and see the poster in 3D or hanging in a room, with a flat preview on browsers that cannot show 3D.

The customer’s crop is captured once and printed exactly as chosen, so the preview and the print can never disagree.
