— Capability · ERP and CRM integration

3D configurator ERP and CRM integration.

A configurator that does not reach your CRM, your ERP or your fulfilment partner has only moved the re-keying somewhere else. We wire it into the systems that already run the business.

SBFS builds 3D configurators that write into the systems a manufacturer already runs, so a configuration becomes a record instead of a re-typed email. NOMI quotes and orders sync two-way with Salesforce, so the sales pipeline reflects the configurator without anyone re-entering data. Integrations are tailored per engagement: ERP, CRM, shipping and accounting, scoped in the first week of the six-week build.

02— Fit

Who this is for

Your quotes get re-typed downstream

An accepted configuration is re-keyed into the CRM, into the ERP and onto the shop floor by hand, and every hop is a chance to get it wrong.

Sales lives in the CRM, not in your site

Reps work the pipeline. If the configurator never appears there, adoption stops at the demo and the spreadsheet survives.

Payment and fulfilment are still manual

Someone reconciles the payment, then places the order with the printer or the carrier. That loop should close itself.

03— Capabilities

What we build

Two-way CRM sync

NOMI quotes and orders sync two-way with Salesforce, so the pipeline reflects the configurator and the configurator reflects the pipeline, with nobody re-entering data.

Integrations scoped to your operations

Integrations are tailored per engagement: ERP, CRM, shipping and accounting, whatever your operations need. We scope the specific systems in week one.

Payments and fulfilment wired in

Stripe runs checkout, deposits and subscriptions across Door Builder, Pepart and AV Drop. For Pepart, payment triggers the print-file render and the Printful order automatically.

One record, configuration to order

The configuration stays a live record through quote, order and fulfilment, so what crosses the integration is a specification rather than an attachment in an inbox.

Configured furniture, exported as BIM

NOMI sells made-to-order furniture to interior designers and direct buyers. SBFS built a 3D configurator with a trade/designer portal — saved configurations, trade pricing, and Salesforce-synced quotes — plus a public API that exports any configured piece straight to Revit (.rfa) for architects.

05— Method

How an engagement runs

01

Week 1 · Scope and systems audit

We map the systems the order has to reach, what each one owns and where the data is authored today, then write the spec. You see it before we build.

02

Weeks 2 to 6 · Build to MVP

Configurator, checkout, admin and the integrations ship in parallel, with a reviewable demo every Friday in your own staging environment.

03

Week 6 · Production handoff

Deployed to your domain on your Vercel team and your Neon database. Your team is trained on the system, and we stay on retainer for tuning, not maintenance.

Capability · Configure, price, quote

Custom CPQ software for manufacturers.

Configure, price, quote. For a made-to-order manufacturer that means the buyer does all three in the browser, and what comes out is an order rather than a PDF.

Capability · Configuration to production

A product configurator that production can build from.

A configuration is only useful if the shop floor can build it. We model the option rules against what you actually manufacture, so the order that arrives is a specification, not a picture.

Capability · Dealer and trade portals

Dealer portal and B2B ordering for manufacturers.

Your dealers reorder constantly and should not need your sales team to do it. They need their own login, their own pricing and their own order history.
