3D garden room configurator for garden room builders.
Width, depth, cladding, roof, front doors, windows and deck, priced live. A narrow front steps bifold doors down to sliding or French.
SBFS builds 3D configurators for garden room, garden office and outdoor building makers: buyers size the room, choose the cladding, roof, doors and windows, walk around it in 3D and get a price before a site survey. The demo below is a working example. A configurator is priced from a $4,000 one-time Pilot on your own site to $50,000 and up for the full channel, with a monthly fee on each build tier.

Quoting garden rooms by hand
A garden room is a building, so every buyer starts with questions about size, materials and what fits the garden. Brochures and a few photos rarely show how cedar compares with charred larch, or how bifold doors change a narrow front. A rep prices the shell, roof, glazing and groundworks by hand, and the quote waits on a survey. A door set the front is too narrow for is often caught only after the quote has gone out.
What the configurator does
The demo above shows what a buyer sees. A build for you starts from your own products, rules and prices.
In this demo
Size
Width from 2.4 to 6 m and depth from 2.4 to 4.2 m, outside of the frame, with the floor area read out as you go.
Cladding and roof
Western red cedar, charred larch, painted sage or charcoal, or grey composite, under a flat EPDM, standing seam or sedum green roof.
Doors, windows and deck
French, sliding or bifold doors on the front, up to four double-glazed windows on the side and back walls, and an optional front deck. Tap the building to open the doors.
Door rules
Each door set needs a minimum front width, so a narrow front steps bifold doors down to sliding or French.
AI mode
Describe what you want in plain words and the assistant sets the options for you, inside the same rules.
Live price
The estimate updates with every change and lists what each option adds. The prices in this demo are samples; yours come from your own price list.
In your build
Your catalog and your price list
Your products, option names and prices, embedded in your site or Shopify.
Option rules
Combinations your shop cannot build are blocked as the buyer configures, so what leaves the browser is buildable.
Quotes and leads
Each configuration reaches your team as a lead or a quote, with every option attached.
Production outputs and integrations
Any size the buyer types in (within your fabrication rules), files for production, and a connection to your online store or ERP.

Door Builder
Quotes that took Door Builder's sales team about two and a half weeks now take a dealer four minutes. Dealers design, price and order doors on their own, residential and commercial pricing applies by itself, and every order that comes in is a door the shop can actually build.
Read the Door Builder case studyWhen a ready-made configurator fits better
For a fixed range of garden rooms in a few standard sizes, a ready-made configurator such as SaleSqueze can be the faster start: it says "Start from 241 ready-to-go 3D configurators, not a blank canvas" and "Live in 7 days" (salesqueze.com, read November 2, 2026).
A custom build is worth it when your sizes, door rules and price list are the product, and each order has to reach your build team with them. If a template covers your range, we say so in Diagnose.
