Quoting perforated panels by hand
Perforated panels are specified, not picked off a shelf: pattern, hole pitch, material and sheet size all change the look and the price. Architects and buyers compare patterns from catalog PDFs and then email for a quote. Your team prices each request by hand and checks it against what your tooling can produce. A spec that cannot be made comes back after the quote has gone out.

Round, square, slot or hexagon in up to three sizes, punched through the sheet, with the open area in the spec.
Metal and finish
Aluminum or steel powder-coated in four colors, or stainless and weathering steel left raw.
Sheet size and gauge
Width and height sliders and three gauges. Tall panels on standoffs or posts move to a heavier gauge.
Mounting and backlight
Wall standoffs, a perimeter frame or freestanding posts, with an LED wash behind wall-mounted panels.
