Nafarú

A second brand, live in six weeks — because the platform underneath was already built.

— The challenge

The problem

Launching a second retail brand normally means a second everything: another storefront, another catalog, another checkout, another set of configurator rules to maintain in parallel. The group wanted Nafarú in market quickly, without doubling the surface their team had to run.
— What we built

The solution

01

One platform, two brands

Nafarú runs on the same commerce and catalog layer as Muebles Torga, so a fix or a feature lands once and both storefronts get it — instead of two codebases drifting apart.

02

Brand fit, not a rebuild

The six weeks went into identity, typography, and the catalog itself — the parts that actually differ between brands — rather than re-implementing commerce primitives that already worked.

03

Its own catalog and pricing

Separate ranges, reference codes, and pricing per brand, so Nafarú reads as its own storefront to a customer rather than a skin over another shop.

— The outcome

What changed

The platform built for Muebles Torga carried a second brand without a second build: Nafarú launched with its own identity, catalog, and pricing in six weeks, and both storefronts are maintained as one system rather than two.
